The moment you enter the door, a friendly face will greet you.  As soon as you fill out an information sheet, an experienced appraiser will examine your car.  Your appraiser will present you with a computer-generated estimate for the repair and will discuss with how your insurance company handles claims and when S&W will be able to start repairs on your vehicle.

 

We work with most insurance companies.  In many cases we offer Direct Repair Procedures (DRP)—meaning we are a “preferred   provider” simlar to a PPO physician.  We pride ourselves on understanding the different procedures each insurance company uses to  process its claims.
